People Build Culture
We are Artfounded. We are a collection of schools and students with a task to talk about what is happening in our school systems. We have taken it on ourselves to get outside our classrooms and create a social environment that lets us invite all of you today.
We are encouraged and excited about the growth that this project has sustained since December 1, 2009. Our idea is organic and we are in active development of a unique tool set which will support current educational programs in schools for both the public and private sector.
We are building a media community that supports interactivity which is crucial in student participation while giving the students access to current technology that they are already familiar with.
It is our aim to provide a portal that allows schools access to new fundraising techniques to enhance and potentially create self-sustaining programs to support new media in the classrooms.
Artfounded.org is a platform where schools and schoolboards will benefit directly from the participation of their student body by content created in relation to the arts programs. We embrace all  artistic techniques that include visual arts, media, music, performance, culinary and all of the subcategories beneath them.
Our goals are to support students in recognizing their potential; give them the opportunity and the encouragement to be pro-active; instill in them that it is the belief in their work that builds its value.
Our platform gives visual access to  families and friends and closes the gap that distances create.
